Abstract:
To provide a vertical crusher capable of easily detaching a treatment tank and a screw.SOLUTION: A vertical crusher 1 comprises: a treatment tank 2 extending in a vertical direction; a screw 10 arranged in the treatment tank 2 and extending in the vertical direction; a driving machine 3 arranged above the treatment tank 2 and making the screw 10 rotate; a driving force transmission mechanism 11 that connects a drive shaft 9 of the driving machine 3 and a screw shaft 13 of the screw 10; a support structure 5 that supports the treatment tank 2; a chute 6 for feeding slurry into the treatment tank 2; and an elutriation tank 25 connected to an upper part side face of the treatment tank 2. The driving force transmission mechanism 11 includes a rotary shaft 4 and a coupling 18 that connects the rotary shaft 4 to the screw shaft 13. The chute 6 is detachably attached to the support structure 5 via a chute fastener 31, and the elutriation tank 25 is detachably attached to the treatment tank 2 via an elutriation tank fastener 26.
