Abstract:

To provide a vertical type crusher that efficiently crushes a raw material and has an enhancing efficiency of carriage of granular bodies by a gas airflow.SOLUTION: A vertical type crusher 1 of the present invention includes a rotary table 2 and a crushing roller 3 driven by the rotary table 2, and crushes a raw material supplied from above the rotary table 2 with the crushing roller 3 and blows up crushed objects with a gas supplied from below the rotary table 2 to take out the crushed object together with the gas from an upper takeout port 13 via a classification mechanism 9. The vertical type crusher 1 includes: a space between the rotary table 2 and an inner cone 6 of the classification mechanism 9, the space extending to the inner cone 6 from above a dam ring 5 of the rotary table 2 along a casing side surface; and a cylindrical member 20 separating a gas blowing-up passage. The cylindrical member 20 has a discharge port 22 for discharging the crushed objects to the gas blowing-up passage from above the rotary table 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
