Abstract:

To connect end parts in the direction of width of an elastic sheet member easily by a simple structure.

Each of divided blocks 11 includes a pair of vertical board members 13A, 13B. The elastic sheet member 18 is provided between these vertical board members 13A and 13B to form a groove part 20 using the elastic sheet member 18 as its bottom face. In a connection part of the divided blocks 11, 11, recessed water cut-off membranes 30, 30 being recessed inward in the divided blocks 11 are provided in the end parts 18X, 18Y of the elastic sheet member 18, respectively. The recessed water cut-off membranes 30, 30 block the end parts of the groove parts 20, 20, respectively. A hollow part 33 is formed between the recessed water cut-off membranes 30 and 30. A bag-like member (not shown) is fitted into the hollow part 33 to connect the end parts 18X, 18Y mutually.
