Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate cleaning of a nozzle and to facilitate replacing of a heating cylinder by mounting a second drive source for axially moving a screw to the cylinder at an upper elevation platen, mounting a third drive source for turning the screw at a holding plate, and disposing only a strut at a side of the cylinder.
SOLUTION: A screw moving mechanism 60 mounted on an upper elevation plate 53 has a large-diameter ball screw 61, a large-diameter pulley 62, a timing belt 63, a small-diameter pulley 64 and a second motor 65 as a second drive source. A lower elevation platen 57 for supporting a heating cylinder 56 is rigidly coupled to the plate 53 via two left and right tie rods 58. A screw holder 70 rotatably mounts a screw 75 at a holding plate 13 having holes 71 for passing the rods 58 and a large-diameter nut 12 for engaging the screw 61, and mounts a screw rotating mechanism 80 having a third motor 81 as a third drive source, a pulley 81, a timing belt 83 and a large-diameter pulley 84.
