Between the inner circumferential surface of the horizontal member 3 and a pair of the pinching members 4a, 4b disposed in the horizontal member with a slit for sandwiching the connection part 7 of each of the vertical lattices 5, an elastic holder 6 is disposed which is inserted into the horizontal member for holding the pinching members 4a, 4b.
