CONSTITUTION: When a water exhaust pipe DP, which bears in charge the water exhaustion from for ex. a combination type water closet, is to be joined with a water exhausting vertical pipe fitting device, a medium pipe fitting 2 is rotated round the vertical axis A from a rotating part 16 at the bottom as the reference point. The rotation is stopped where the direction of a exhaust pipe joint mouth 15 of the pipe fitting 2 becomes approx. identical, on one plane, to the direction of the end of the mentioned exhaust pipe DP, and the two members are joined together. That is, eventual laydown errors of the exhaust pipe to be joined shall be absorbed by rotation of this medium pipe fitting, and execution of piping be performed. If necessary, the height of exhaust pipe DP and/or the piping gradient shall be fine adjusted by increasing or decreasing the amount of insertion of the medium pipe fitting 2 into the medium pipe fitting joint mouth 8.
