To provide a piping facility construction method capable of reducing easily trouble to a resident while keeping change flexibility for in-fill, and capable of contributing to prolonging a life of a multiple dwelling house.

This method includes a process for setting a portion with vertical pipe penetrated through upper and lower stories, in a common use portion of the multiple dwelling house, a process for omitting construction of a floor slab in the portion when constructing the floor slab in each story, to prepare a vertical pipe storage space, a process for installing, in the vertical pipe storage space, a receiving pan provided with a through hole opened in a position penetrated with a vertical pipe, and a recess recessed vertically downwards in the periphery of the vertical pipe, and for closing thereby almost all of the vertical pipe storage space, to allow insertion of the vertical pipe into the through hole, a process for inserting the vertical pipe into the through hole, to erect the vertical pipe, and a process for filling a filler into the recess, to seal the through hole and the vertical pipe. A cover removable independently of the receiving pan is arranged in an opposite side of a fire wall, to serve as covering.
