Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly discharge gas, generated in a shaft during heating treatment of a powder, from the shaft when the powder is supplied into a shaft, vertically inserted through a heating zone, from a raw material supply pipe through an upper side of the shaft and the powder supplied into the shaft is subjected to heat treatment by heating means installed in the heating zone.SOLUTION: When a powder W is supplied into a shaft 21, vertically inserted through a heating zone 20, from a raw material supply pipe 13 through an upper side of the staff and the powder supplied into the shaft is subjected to heat treatment by heating means 22 installed in the heating zone, the shaft is provided with a gas discharge port 21a and is mounted with a filter member 23 so that the filter member covers the gas discharge port to prevent the powder from flowing out, and gas generated in the shaft and a carrier gas G are led into the heating zone through the gas discharge port mounted with the filter member and discharged from an exhaust part 25 installed in the heating zone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
