Abstract:
To provide a vertical shaft-type wind power generation set which is advantageous in terms of an improvement of power generation efficiency even if a wind velocity differs depending on a height from a ground surface.SOLUTION: A first rotating shaft 14 of a first generator 12 attached with a first blade body 16, and a second rotating shaft 20 of a second generator 18 attached with a second blade body 22 are rotatably arranged in a state that they are independent from each other. When a wind velocity differs depending on a height from a ground surface, the first rotating shaft 14 and the second rotating shaft 20 are independently rotated at rotation speeds conforming to the wind velocity by using wind forces of winds different in the wind velocity which respectively abut on the blade bodies 16, 22, and the rotation speeds of the first rotating shaft 14 and the second rotating shaft 20 can be thereby secured, thus providing an advantage in terms of an improvement of the power generation efficiency of the first generator 12 and the second power generator 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
