Abstract:
To provide a vertical shaft-type wind power generator effective in improving power generation efficiency by using oscillatable wind guide plates.SOLUTION: Wind guide plates 18 are disposed on several places separating from blades 16 in a radial direction of a rotating shaft 14 at intervals in a circumferential direction of the rotating shaft 14, oscillatably around center shafts 1801 extended in parallel with the rotating shaft 14, and the wind guide plates 18 are oscillated by wind guide plate oscillation portions 20 on the basis of a wind direction and a wind velocity detected by a wind direction/wind velocity detection portion 24, and stopped and held at desired rotational angle positions around the center shafts 1801 of the wind guide plates 18. By guiding wind to be efficiently applied to the blades 16 by the wind guide plates 18, a rotation speed of the rotating shaft 14 is increased, and power generation efficiency by the generator 12 can be effectively improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
