Abstract:
To provide a windmill which makes a wind receiving part less likely to be damaged and enables reduction of costs, and to provide a wind receiving blade.SOLUTION: In a vertical shaft type windmill 1, wind receiving blades 2 which rotate around an axis in a vertical direction are disposed in a circumferential direction. The vertical shaft type windmill 1 has a ring 6 which fixes ends of the respective wind receiving blades 2. On a cross section of the ring 6, the inner peripheral side is on virtual extension lines in a length direction of the wind receiving blades 2 or inclines to the inner side relative to the virtual extension lines.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
