PURPOSE: To eliminate a gear wheel device and to cope with the large capacity and high speed mechanism easily by providing the driving motor of vertical shaft on the upper part of a rolling roll and driving directly and individually the rolling roll.

CONSTITUTION: The motor rack 4a, 4b to support the driving motors 3a, 3b of vertical shaft with the rolling line 10 including rolling rolls 1a, 1b as the center are independently provided in opposition on the outer side of both sides of the supporting frame 2 to hole two pieces of rolling roll 1a and 1b. The rolling roll 1a, 1b is directly driven by the driving motor 3a, 3b respectively. The part where the driving motors 3a, 3b are installed is opposed via a gap 9 and with utilizing the gap 9 the delivery-in and out of the rolling rolls 1a, 1b of the inner side are made easy.
