Abstract:
PURPOSE: To increase the number of paking cars, by retracting a movable positioning pin on turning pallets and shortening the rising stroke of pallets and contracting the cage pitch as much as the dimension that the positioning pin does not protrude.
CONSTITUTION: A positioning pin 17 is attached in a lifting frame of a rising and turning device of pallets in a pit. The positioning pin 17 is retracted downward on turning the pallets 15 to allow the pallet to turn. When positioning a pallet 15, the positioning pin 17 is protruded upward to stick the lower member 14 under the cage and the pallet 15 from the lower side. Then the pallet 15 is guided so as to fit to the lower member 14 under the cage.
