Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertically movable table which has safety by allowing a top plate to escape upward freely when upward force is applied to the side of the lower surface of the top plate.
SOLUTION: This table is provided with a standstill part 32, a movable part 31 and a gas spring 1 interposed between the standstill part 32 and the movable part 32 to move the movable part 31 vertically. The movable part 31 is placed at the tip of the rod 11 of the gas spring 1 movably upward by a motion allowance L. A locking operation pin 12 projecting from the tip of the rod 11 is switched freely into a medium state for locking the extension/ contraction of the gas spring 1, a shortest state where the gas spring 1 is unlocked and positioned on the side of a base end compared with the medium state and a longest state where the gas spring 1 is unlocked and positioned on the side of a distal end compared with the medium state. When the movable part 31 is placed on the gas spring 1, the locking operation pin 12 is in the medium state. When the movable part 31 is lifted by the motion allowance L, the locking operation pin 12 is in the longest state.
