To solve the problems that when a bed section is positioned on an upper stage, it is difficult for a user to go up and down its ladder when the user is in a physically poor condition, it is dangerous when the user sleeps restlessly in the bed and goes over its rail by rolling over too much, a gap may be formed between the rail and the body of the user when a top cover covers the rail because of the narrow width of the bed section, and it is troublesome for the user to go down and up the ladder to pick up the cover when the cover falls to the floor during seep, etc.

In vertically movable two-staged desk with a bed, a tooth shaped guide rail is mounted on a vertically movable section of four frame pillars above the upper stage desk rack of the vertically movable desk with the bed. One motor is mounted at the back center in the longitudinal direction of the desk rack. Both right and left wheel shafts of the motor have gears on the ends. Both ends of the desk rack are mounted with a gear and a half of the desk rack in the longitudinal direction is formed as a double drawer type. A folding type subsidiary floor board having four hinges is mounted on the front in the longitudinal direction of the lower stage bed floor board and four reinforcement foldable pillars are mounted on the floor side of the subsidiary floor board.
