To provide a joint fitting which is mounted between a hanging and supporting nut such as a slab and a hanging bolt for freely hanging the hanging bolt vertically and obliquely.

The joint fitting comprises a fitting body 1 formed by applying pressing work to a band metal plate to be box-shaped with its side face opening integrated and its top wall 11 curved, and having an oblong hole 12 in the crossing direction, a fixed nut 2 fixed to a bottom wall 15 thereof, and a supporting bolt 3 for supporting the fitting body 1 with a rotation supporting part 32 contacting the edge of the oblong hole 12. The supporting bolt 3 is threaded to a hanging and supporting nut 8, and the hanging bolt 4 is threaded to the fixed nut 2. The fitting body 1 is rotatable relative to the supporting bolt 3, and the fitting body 1 and the supporting bolt 3 are relatively position-changeable in the range of the oblong hole, and so the supporting bolt 4 can be hung and supported at any angle.
