PURPOSE: To obtain the titled very soft steel pipe by regulating the contents of C, Si, Mn, P, S and Al in steel and the content of Ti to a predetermined range to control the formation of coarse grains, thereby making the steel very soft.

CONSTITUTION: This steel pipe consists of, ≤0.1wt% C, ≤0.05% Si, ≤0.4% Mn, ≤0.25% P, ≤0.025% S, ≤0.05% Al, 0.002W0.2% Ti and the balance Fe. By this composition the occurrence of surface roughness is prevented at a bent portion, so the appearance of the pipe can be improved remarkably.
