PURPOSE: To manufacture a vessel body having a modified polyolefin resin layer and made of plastics easily and simply by preparing a modified polyolefin resin by heating a polyolefin resin cylinder and injecting the modified polyolefin resin into a mold through a nozzle.
CONSTITUTION: Polypropylene and unsaturated carboxylic acid modifying the polypropylene are injected into a resin cylinder (a polyolefin resin cylinder) 4 for a skin. The resin cylinder 4 for the skin is heated by a heater 34, and polypropylene is prepared in the resin cylinder 4 for the skin. An ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer is injected simultaneously into a resin cylinder 3 for a core, and heated by a heater 33. Modified polypropylene is injected into a mold 8 at specified injection speed and a fixed injection time from the resin 4 for the skin. The ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer is injected into the mold 8 from the resin cylinder 3 for the core of a co-injection molding machine 1. Lastly, modified polypropylene is injected into the mold 8 from the resin cylinder 4 for the skin of the co-injection molding machine 1.
