PURPOSE: To convey only a vessel containing a normal analyte to a next processing position by a method wherein a centrifugation condition-judgment device is provided on a halfway section in a conveying line to automatically judge a defective separation operation of a blood clot and a blood serum and a vessel containing an abnormal analyte is returned to a position for centrifugation separation.
CONSTITUTION: An information-reading device 21 reads barcode information on an analyte vessel 1 or a rack 2. A barcode reader 28 which is disposed on a centrifugation setting position (a) judges whether a centrifugation operation of an automatic centrifugation separation device 30 which is provided downstream thereto is required or not. When a rack 2 which is recorded as an abnormal one in a control device 80 reaches a connection section between a traverse conveying device 13 in a first conveying line 11 and a default line 20, it is conveyed to a starting end section of the default line 20 by a pressing device to be stocked. A rack 2 which is judged as normal one by the device 21 is conveyed to the position (a) by the device 13 to be set to the device 30. The rack 2 that the separation is completed is judged by a centrifugation condition-judgment device 50 on a centrifugation condition-judgement position (c) so that the rack which is judged as one having a defect is conveyed to a returning position (b2).
