Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1047866
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent mutual fusion-bonding of vessels, to simplify assembling and disassembling processes and to make firing efficient by a method wherein contact members formed of a ceramic material are disposed on the upper or lower side of the vessel for a substance to be heated which is formed of metal material and holds the substance inside.

A vessel 1 is composed of a vessel main body 2 holding a ceramic molded body inside and leg parts 3, and ceramic spheres 4 being contact members are provided at the fore end parts of the leg parts 3. The vessel main body 2 is made up of a case 2a which can hold the ceramic molded body inside and a frame 2b which reinforces the case 2a. Moreover, the leg parts 3 of the frame 2b are provided respectively with recessed parts for embedding the ceramic spheres 4 and calking and the depth of the recessed part is made about 2/3 of the diameter of the ceramic sphere 4. The periphery of the recessed part of the leg part 3 is calked to be conical practically by ultrasonic waves or others, so as to retain the ceramic sphere 4 therein.
