PURPOSE: To perform the assembly of a case, placing of a vial and supplying of an instruction note automatically by a method wherein the case is assembled, and the vial is supplied on a closed shutter, and the vial is placed in the case by opening the shutter, then the instruction note is supplied, and an upper flap is closed, and the case is discharged.
CONSTITUTION: At a case assembling part A, the bottom part of a case U in a hopper 24 is totally closed. A rising machine 30 at a case carrying part B is equipped with a rising cylinder 33. A rod 33a of the rising cylinder 33 extends, and a roller 34 pushes a bucket 19 upward. The bucket 19 turns around a pin 17, and the case U is moved with its bottom part down to the right-hand side of a case carrying machine 31 on a carrying surface 32. On a shutter 44, which is located at the closing position in a vial placing part D, a vial V is supplied, and the case U is positioned. Then the shutter 44 moves to the opening position, and the vial V falls and is placed in the case. From the storage part of an instruction note hopper 109 in an instruction note supplying part H, an instruction note W is supplied, and the case U is sealed at a case sealing part J. The case U is sent to a discharging part K and discharged by a discharging device 120.
