To provide a vibrating decompression drying method facilitating improvement of drying efficiency, without reducing moisture content (liquid content reduction) of powder or enhancing the degree of decompression.
The method is for carrying out temperature control drying of an object to be treated being wet powder input into an interior of a treatment chamber 14 provided with a decompression means 28 and a heating means 18 such as a temperature control jacket at a set decompression degree while carrying out fluidization by vibration. Temperature control of the treatment chamber 14 is carried out by the heating means 18, and the interior of the treatment chamber 14is maintained at the set decompression degree while sending temperature control gas of a temperature the same as a set temperature of the treatment chamber into the interior to dry the object to be treated.
