Title:
VIBRATING INSPECTION APPARATUS FOR ELECTRICAL CONNECTION OF GAME PARTS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007020694
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a vibrating inspection apparatus for an electrical connection of game parts which applies a vibration approximate to a vibration occurring during a game to a test part and permits the appropriate inspection for checking if the electrical contact is good or not.

A vibration generator 4 is provided with a shooting mechanism 13 to shoot game balls of a pachinko game machine to a game board, and the test part 11 has a structure where a connector 35 having a plurality of connector terminals in a connector body made of a synthetic resin is mounted on a circuit board 34. The test part 11 is fixed to a part attachment portion 6, and a short-circuit member 36 and an oscilloscope 37 are attached to the connector 35. When an electric controller 3 receives electric power and starts, the electric controller 3 drives the shooting mechanism 13 to hit the test part in the same way that the shooting mechanism 13 is used in the pachinko game machine. Direct current power output from the electrical controller 3 is connected to a display lamp 30 through a pull-up resistor, and the transient phenomenon of contact/noncontact of the short circuiting member 36 with the connector 35 as a steady linear voltage waveform and a voltage waveform varying in the a convex curve due to a potential divider resistor are displayed on an oscilloscope 37.
