Abstract:

To provide a vibrating screen apparatus with which classified powder is surely recovered and which has a simple structure, and a method for operating the same.

The vibrating screen apparatus 10 comprises a screen body 44, an upper part chute 46 and a lower part chute 48, and the transmission of the vibration generated by a ball vibrator 54 attached to the screen body 44 to an air tube 28 and a storage container 16 is prevented by absorbing with the silicone rubber-made upper part chute 36 and lower part chute 48. The powder screened by the screen mesh 52 of the screen body 44 is passed through the lower part chute 48 directly connected to the lower part of the screen body 44 to vertically fall down to be recovered in the storage container 16.
