Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring out a required screening capacity by reliably transmitting the high frequency vibration of an ultrasonic oscillator without polluting a material by a foreign matter, and to carry out screening highly efficiently by transferring the material on a screen mesh by vibrating the entire vibrating vessel by a motor.
SOLUTION: The vibrating vessel 2 is supported so as to be vibrated by the motor 5. A lug part 9 is integrally formed at the outer circumference of the annular mesh frame 8 on which the screen mesh 10 is stretched. The mesh frame is arranged in the vibrating vessel by interposing elastic supports 11 and 12, and the lug part is projected to the outside of the vibrating vessel. The ultrasonic oscillator 15 is fixed to the lug part.
