To provide a vibrating washer where a vibrating washing can be effectively performed on an object to be washed with any complicated irregularities for a short time by applying a three-dimensional fluctuation to a washing cage although the washer is of a very simple construction.

The washer is so constituted that eccentric axes 3, 4 are connected to proper positions of a drive axis 1, disc-like fluctuation members 4, 5 are rotatably supported by these eccentric axes 2, 3, and a twisted motion can be further added to the motions of a washing cage 6 by differentiating either an eccentric quantity or a phase of the eccentric axes 2, 3 to allow not only a mere bounce but also a reciprocating rotational motion in a horizontal direction to be generated to the washing cage 6 hung up by the fluctuation members 4, 5.
