The vibration absorbing device includes a casing 17 fixed to a rotating frame 6, high-viscosity liquid 20 enclosed in the casing 17 and giving resistance force to a member moving in the casing 17 such that the more the moving speed is high, the more the resistance force is large, a vertical shaft 19 fixed to a cab 8 so as to displace together with the cab 8, an elastic member 18 connecting the vertical shaft 19 and the casing 17 so that at least a part of the vertical shaft 19 is immersed in the high-viscosity liquid 20 in the casing 17, a rotating member 30 immersed in the high-viscosity liquid 20 and connected to the vertical shaft 19 to move in the high-viscosity liquid 20 together with the vertical shaft 19, and a speed increasing mechanism moving the rotating member 30 together with the vertical shaft 19 so that, with relative movement of the vertical shaft 19 to the casing 17, at least a part of the rotating member 30 moves in the high-viscosity liquid 20 at a speed higher than the speed of the relative movement.
