A vibration absorbing machine 20 for in-wheel motor uses a magnetic damper device 30, which comprises: a plate member 31 consisting of conductor; a pair of permanent magnets 32a, 32a which are arranged in both sides of this plate member 31; a magnetic field generating means 32 constituted by stacking in a plurality of stages of a magnet unit 32U equipped with yoke members 32b, 32b consisting of soft magnetic material attached in a surface opposite to the plate member 31 of this permanent magnet 32a; upper and lower attaching members 33, 34; and a roller member 35 which is arranged between the plate member 31 and the permanent magnet 32a, and houses a plurality of balls 35b in a box-like housing member 35a which leaves the plate member 31 side open.
