In a vibration absorbing structure 9 separately supporting a drive unit provided within a casing of an electromagnetic vibration pump and the bottom part within the casing, being made of an elastic material, and for absorbing vibration produced in the drive part, the vibration absorbing structure 9 includes a casing attachment part 92 to be attached to a casing side attachment region 108 provided at the bottom part within the casing, a drive part attachment part 91 to be attached to a drive part side attachment region 110 provided at the lower part of the drive part, and an anti-vibration part 93 located between the casing attachment part 92 and the drive part attachment part 91 and configured to absorb vibration of the drive part, where the anti-vibration part 93 has a shape of a solid sphere.
