To further improve the accuracy of a vibration analysis by satisfactorily reproducing and predicting slips between pulleys and a belt when the vibration analysis is performed by using a vibration analysis model of an engine auxiliary equipment belt drive system in which the auxiliary equipment drive belt formed of the V-ribbed belt is stretched between an alternator pulley on an alternator shaft and a crank pulley on a crankshaft of an engine, and which is equipped with an auto tensioner for making the belt tensioned.
The model of the auxiliary equipment drive belt 8 is created so as to have a thickness by modeling a core wire 9, rubber layers 10, 11 and a sailcloth 12 of the belt 8 as a beam element, plane strain elements and a truss element, respectively.
