A command station 3 and two or more mobile stations 10a-10m are connected with each other to be of duplex communication. Individual mobile station 10a-10m are provided with a measuring part 11 to measure an own present position and a strength of vibration during moving, GPS 12 to detect the position of the mobile station 10a, a communication control part 13 which collects data from the measuring part 11 and GPS 12 and outputs them according to a prescribed procedure, and a traveling object communication terminal 14 which transmits/receives data to/from outside, while the command station 3 is provided with a storage medium 32 which analyzes data received from each mobile station 10a-10m and accumulates them with transportation path information, and a watching part 31 which outputs instructions on an appropriate speed and traveling route to each mobile station 10a-10m, etc.
