PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-controlled building with a high degree of freedom in design, which enables economical execution of work.SOLUTION: In a building 1 in which a plurality of solar cell module panels 3 as a panel for housing equipment are installed on a roof section 2, the solar cell module panel 3 is installed to be inclined in such a manner that energy absorbing members 5 are interposed between the solar cell module panel 3 and fixing brackets 4 as a support part provided on the roof section 2 and different in length in front-back direction.
