To provide an easily manufacturable vibration control damper capable of easily machining a mate part and reducing the number of processes and having a simple configuration.
This vibration control damper is provided between a vibration controlled member 40 and a supporting part 50 for supporting the vibration controlled member 40 and has a damper main body 2 made of a hard material and having a bending structure following displacement of the vibration controlled member 40 and a first vibration damping part 3a and a second vibration damping part 3b made of a soft elastic material and provided so as to come into contact in accordance with bending of the damper main body 2 to press each other. The damper main body 2 is formed by integral molding using a resin material having comparatively high rigidity. The first and second vibration damping parts 3a, 3b are formed by integral molding or additional machining such as bonding using a rubber member or thermoplastic elastomer.
