To adhere an outer circumference surface of an elastic body to an inner circumference surface of an outer cylinder in a vibration control device with enough strength.
This vibration control device is provided with an inner cylinder 11 of a small diameter, an outer cylinder 12 of a large diameter, and an elastic body 13 whose inner circumference surface 13a has been vulcanized and bonded on an outer surface 11a of the inner cylinder 11 and which is fitted into the outer cylinder 12 under a condition that the elastic body 13 is compressed in the radius direction. An outer circumference surface 13b, 13d of the elastic body 13 is bonded and fixed on the inner circumference surface 12a of the outer cylinder 12 with an adhesive 16 having filler 15 made of fibers mixed in. The filler 15 functions as a spacer and a film thickness of the adhesive 16 retained between the inner circumference surface 12a of the outer cylinder 12 and an outer circumference surface of an equal diameter part 13d of the elastic body 13 to increase adhesive effect. Since the adhesive 16 having the filler 15 mixed in constructs fiber reinforced plastic, adhesive effect is improved compared with use of the adhesive 16 individually.
