To improve work execution efficiency in the work by which upward force is applied to a suspension bolt, and to suppress influence of force from a lower part after attachment in a vibration control device suspending and supporting a ceiling material or the like.
The vibration control device 1 includes a lower plate 5, an upper plate 7, a cylindrical rubber body 11 connecting them, the suspension bolt 3 penetrating through the rubber body 11 and the plates 5 and 7, and a nut 9 arranged on an upper surface of the upper plate 7 and screwed with the suspension bolt 3. Suspension bolt insertion holes 5a and 7a are formed on the plates 5 and 7. The nut 9 is provided with a nut body part 19, and a calking part 29 inserted into the upper suspension bolt insertion hole 7a of the upper plate 7, and is rotatably attached to the upper plate 7 by the calking part 29.
