When vibration having such high frequencies as to put a restricting passage 26 in a clogged state is inputted, a movable film 49 in addition to a rubber part 46 is vibrated to suppress an increase of a dynamic spring constant (passive performance), and a movable plate 44 is also vibrated not to raise liquid pressure in a main liquid chamber 36 (active performance) to further suppress an increase of the dynamic spring constant. Since the movable film 49 faces the main liquid chamber 36 separately from the rubber part 46 supporting a movable plate 40, the rigidity of the rubber part 46 supporting the movable plate 40 can be set to emphasize active performance, and the rigidity of the movable film 49 can be set to emphasize the passive performance, thus made compatible in the active performance and the passive performance.
