PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of noise due to cavitation collapse without deterioration in vibration control property by a simple structure.SOLUTION: A restriction passage 24 includes: a first communication part 26 opened in a main liquid chamber 14; a second communication part 27 opened in a sub-liquid chamber 15; and a body flow passage 25 for communicating them. The first communication part 26 includes a plurality of pores 31 penetrating a first obstacle 28 having a surface 28a facing the main liquid chamber 14. An eaves part 40 for covering the pores 31 is formed in an opening peripheral edge part of the pores 31 at the surface 28a of the first obstacle 28.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
