Title:
VIBRATION CONTROL SYSTEM OF ELEVATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0656370
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a vibration control system that is able to prevent the vibration of a car gondola without producing any frictional resistance by way of having an interval between a guide rail and a guide opposed to each other in a noncontact

CONSTITUTION: A car gondola 2 set up in the inner part of an elevator shaft 1 is hung down via a rope by a hoist, and it moves up and down in the elevator shaft 1 according to a rotative drive of the hoist. Each pair of guide rails 6 is set up tightly at both sides of the elevator shaft 1 along the vertical direction. In contrast, each tip of guide arms 8 jutting out to both sides of a car gondola 2 via each expansion device 7 is opposed to each guide rail 6. A magnet 9 is installed in each tip of these guide arms 8, and in response to this magnet, a homopolar magnet 10 is set up on each opposite surface of the guide rails 6 likewise, and with this polarity, repulsive magnetic force is produced there, through which an interval between both of them is kept in a noncontact state.
