Abstract:
To provide a vibration control unit having a novel structure which can efficiently exert a vibration control effect with respect to vibration in a vertical direction which causes a problem in a construction structure, and a vibration control device which is suitably used in the vibration control unit.SOLUTION: A vibration control unit 10 attached to a construction structure A, and reducing the vibration of the construction structure A in a vertical direction has a support base 12 fixedly attached to a structure material a of the construction structure A as a main vibration system. A plurality of sub-vibration systems 14 are constituted by the elastic connection of a plurality of mass members 20 to the support base 12 by connecting members 22 having spring elements and attenuation elements, and a TMD having a plurality of natural frequencies in the vertical direction is constituted of the plurality of sub-vibration systems 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
