Title:
VIBRATION DAMPER FOR HYDRAULIC CYLINDER IN WORKING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3145032
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by damping the vibrations of a hydraulic cylinder installed to a working machine.
SOLUTION: Cylinder pressure sensors 21, 22 sensing the pressure of a boom cylinder 8, a sub-hydraulic pump supplying a hydraulic cylinder with pressure oil in a separate path to a main hydraulic pump 12, a servo-valve 17 controlling the supply of pressure oil with the hydraulic cylinder from the sub-hydraulic pump, and a control section 16 outputting a control command to the servo-valve 17 are mounted. In the control section 16, dynamic differential pressure generated in the hydraulic cylinder is led out on the basis of input signals from the cylinder pressure sensors 21, 22, and the control command is output to the servo-valve 17 so as to conduct the control of pressure-oil supply for reducing dynamic differential pressure.
