Title:
VIBRATION DAMPING DEVICE FOR ELEVATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3214050
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To suppress vibration generated by the accuracy degradation of guide rails for guiding a cage.
CONSTITUTION: An active damper 15 having a laterally movable weight 14 is provided in the vicinity of the cage floor. The vibration of a cage room 6 is detected by a sensor 11, and its signal is inputted into a controller 12. A corresponding control signal is then outputted to put an actuator 13 in action, thus driving the active damper 15. The cage room 6 is damped by the reaction of the actuator 13 at this time. Since the active damper 15 is installed in the vicinity of the cage floor where passengers feel vibration, the capacity of the actuator 13 can be made small.
