To reduce a discarding amount of a mold release sheet by obtaining a vibration damping sheet by laminating a resin foam having a thickness and an expansion ratio of specific ranges on one side surface of a resin sheet having a specific or above specific gravity and made of a resin composition containing a rubber or thermoplastic elastomer, a thermoplastic resin and an inorganic powder.
A resin foam having a thickness of 2 to 10 mm and an expansion ratio of 10 to 50 times is laminated on one side surface of a resin sheet having a specific gravity of 1.3 or above and made of a resin composition containing a butyl rubber, urethane rubber, silicone rubber or isoprene, olefin or ester thermoplastic elastomer, a thermoplastic resin such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyolefin, vinyl chloride resin, polyester or the like and an inorganic power using metal oxide such as iron oxide, titanium oxide, magnesium oxide or the like. Thus, released mold release sheet can be repeatedly used, and a discarding amount of the sheet can be largely reduced.
