Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive vibration detector of simple structure, preventing detection signals from electromagnetic noises mixed in the signals due to a vibration.
CONSTITUTION: An oscillation sensor 6 converts a mechanical oscillation propagated through an oscillation transfer plate 10 into an electric signal. The electric signal is inputted to a preamplifier through a signal wiring layer of a flexible cable 8 to be amplefied. A conductive film is connected to a signal ground layer of the cable 8, electromagnetically shields the sensor 6 and prevents an electromagnetic noise from entering into the sensor 6.
