Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an elliptic vibration device to hold a phase angle between vibrational displacements in an optimal value by driving both horizontal directional and vertical directional vibration systems in a driving frequency equal to their resonance frequency.
CONSTITUTION: A first controller 39 is composed of a first phase shifter 42, a high gain amplifier 43 and an amplitude adjusting limiter 44, and its output is supplied to an electromagnet 41, and a horizontal directional mechanical vibrating system 32 is driven. This vibrational displacement is detected by a detector 33, and a second controller 34 is composed of a second phase shifter 45, a high gain amplifier 46 and an amplitude adjusting limiter 47, and its difference output is supplied to an electric power amplitude unit 35, and its output is supplied to an electromagnet 36, and is supplied to a vertical directional mechanical vibrating system 37. This vibrational displacement is detected by a detector 38, and is fed back in the negative to the first controller 39. A phase difference of 180 degrees is obtained between the vertical directional vibrational displacement detector 38 and the first controller 39, and a phase difference of 60 degrees is obtained between the horizontal directional vibrational displacement detector 33 and the vertical directional vibration displacement detector 38.
