CONSTITUTION: Ringlike supporting frames 21, 22 are mounted on an outer periphery of a horizontal sealed cylindrical vessel 11 provided at a periphery with a jacket 53 in which heating medium can flow, and the frames 21, 22 are elastically supported to a base 41 through springs 31, 32. An article-to-be- dried inlet 51 and an exhaust port 52 are formed at an upper part of the vessel 11, article-to-be-dried outlets 61, 61 are formed at a bottom of the vessel 11, and oblique surfaces 11a, 11b falling toward outlets 61, 62 are formed at the bottom. Bearings 71, 72 are provided at positions out of a position of a center of gravity of the vessel 11, a rotary shaft 82 to be rotated by a motor 81 is supported, paired eccentric weights 91, 92 are provided through the bearings 71, 72 at the shaft 82, and the vessel 11 is vibrated by its rotation.
