This vibration exciter 14 attached to the vehicle body 12 and exciting vibration of the vehicle body 12 is provided with a shaft member 46 as a needle, a stator 48 provided on an outer peripheral side of the shaft member 46 and supporting the shaft member to reciprocate in the axial direction X, and a cylindrical housing member 62 storing and holding the stator 48 in its inside. A mass body 47 is attached to a tip part of the shaft member 46 in the inside of the housing member 62 and vibration of the mass body 47 is excited to excite vibration of the vehicle body 12.
