To increase the displacement of a permanent magnet or a coil, hold a permanent magnet or a coil at a center, and obtain high electricity generated even when power is generated based on a small amplitude of vibration and a low frequency of vibration.
A vibration generator includes a flat plate-like blade spring 50. The blade spring 50 is obtained by integrally forming a central part 51, multiple annular parts 53 so provided at intervals in the radial direction as to encircle the central part 51, and multiple connecting parts 55 each provided between the central part 51 and each of the annular parts 53 and connecting them together. The connecting parts 55 are so provided that those positioned on the outer radius side and the inner radius side of an inner radius-side annular part 53 of the annular parts 53 are shifted by, for example, 180° from each other in the direction of the circumference of the annular part 53.
