To solve a problem associated with a prior art vibration generator employing a metal spring such that it is unsuitable in an application such as confirming the action of a touch switch wherein a short attenuation time is required, due to its long attenuation time.
The vibration generator, including a stator block constituting a driver unit and a needle block formed of a permanent magnet integrated with a weight, is equipped with a molded resin frame for holding the stator block and the needle block. A frame member, a stator block holder extending from the frame member, a spring member extending from the frame member, and a needle block holder disposed on the tip of the spring member are integrally molded to form the frame. The stator block is fixed to the frame, and the needle block is swingably fixed to the frame via the spring member.
