Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration generator in which miniaturization and a thinner structure are contrived and both durability and reliability are increased and also its function is performed at a low power consumption.
SOLUTION: This vibration generator 1 is equipped with both the yoke 10 of an electromagnet wound with coils 40 and a needle 30 having a permanent magnet. The needle 30 is arranged in a gap 12 provided in the closed magnetic circuit of the yoke 10 so as to form prescribed openings between both end faces 31, 33 of the needle 30 and both end faces 11, 13 of the yoke 10. The movable end of a platelike spring 20 is fitted to the needle 30. The fixing end of the other hand of the platelike spring 20 is fitted to the center of the yoke 10. When the needle 30 is vibrated in the gap, the needle 30 is repelled by exciting the magnetic poles of the end faces 11, 13 of the yoke 10, to which the end faces 31, 33 of the needle 30 approach, in the same magnetic poles as the magnetic poles of the end faces 31, 33 of the needle 30. The needle 30 is vibrated with a prescribed frequency.
