PURPOSE: To provide high vibration isolating performance by performing vibration isolation only through a magnetic levitation action by a magnetic repulsion force during low load operation and working an air spring in addition to a magnetic repulsion forced after a high load is exerted to close the through-hole of a magnetic substance cap.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of magnets 11 and 12 are arranged such that the N-pole surfaces 11a and 12a thereof are positioned facing each other, the non-repulsion surfaces of the magnets 11 and 12 are covered with magnetic substance caps 13 and 14, and a drum-form resilient substance 15 is wound around the outer peripheries of the caps 13 and 14. Through-holes 11b and 12b are formed at the central parts of a pair of the magnets 11 and 12, a magnetic rod body 18 is arranged between the two through- holes 11b and 12b, and the periphery of the lower through-hole 12b of the magnetic rod body 18 is sealed with a magnetic rod body 19. A hole 14a is formed in the central part of the lower magnetic substance cap 14 and communicated with a taper hole 13a, formed in the central part of the upper magnetic substance cap 13, through an external moving pipe 22, and a taper protrusion part 18a engaged with the taper hole 13a is formed on the central part of the upper end of the magnetic rod body 18.
